How to edit or cancel your purchase order
Please note: Orders can only be edited or cancelled by the customer if they are unfulfilled. Any orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be changed. If this is the case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
How to make order changes
If you wish to make changes to your order, please visit our Contact Us page or scroll to the bottom of this page. You may then click the Edit Your Order button located at the top of the page.
You will then be prompted on the left side of your screen to input your email and order number. Once you do so you will have access to your order information and be able to change components accordingly.
Such changes can include customer information and product purchases. If you wish to remove an item, you must add another item of the same or greater value.
If you need to remove an item entirely without exchanging it, please see steps for cancelling your order instead.
If you wish to cancel your order yourself, you can do so by going to your confirmation email and clicking view your order.
This will bring you to your order status page. Proceed to click cancel order to finish the transaction. You will then be automatically refunded.
